Bakhsh Consultants is a UK immigration practice based in central London. We are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority, which means the advice you receive is given by an accredited adviser working to a published code of standards — and that you have somewhere independent to go if we fall short.
Immigration decisions turn on evidence and deadlines rather than persuasion. Our work is therefore unglamorous by design: establish whether a route is genuinely open to you, say so plainly if it is not, and then build the application that route actually requires.
The practice is led by two immigration advisers with over a decade's combined specialist experience between them, supported by a case management and client services team who keep every application moving.

Choose a time on our booking page, or message us on WhatsApp. You will have a confirmed appointment and a reference code straight away — no forms to wait on.
We go through your documents and your history, and tell you which routes are genuinely open. If a case is weak you will hear that at this meeting, before any fee is agreed.
If we can help, you get a written scope and a fixed fee before any work starts. Your consultation fee is credited against it.
Photo ID, your current visa or BRP if you have one, and any correspondence from the Home Office — particularly a refusal letter, which sets out the exact grounds we would need to address.
If you are unsure, bring more rather than less. It is quicker to set a document aside than to book a second appointment for it.
It is credited against your fees on the same matter, so you are not charged twice for the same conversation.
No, and no adviser can absorb them. Home Office fees are set by the government, change frequently, and are paid directly to them. We confirm the current figure for your route at the enquiry stage so you can budget for both.
Immigration advice in the UK may only be given by someone regulated. We are registered with the Immigration Advice Authority under number F202200106, at Level 2, which covers applications and appeals as well as advice.
In practice it means our advice is given to a published standard, and that you have an independent body to complain to if we fall short. You can check any adviser's registration on the IAA's public register.
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Decisions rest with the Home Office. What we can do is tell you honestly whether a route is open to you, and make sure the application put in front of a caseworker is the strongest version of your case.
Consultations are Monday to Thursday, 2–5pm. The office is open Monday to Friday 09:30–17:30 for calls and correspondence. If none of the available times work, call us and we will see what can be arranged.

What a fixed fee includes: all attendances and written and telephone correspondence with you and relevant third parties; consideration, preparation and submission of the application and its supporting documents; copies of documents and postage.

Consultations are £30 for 30 minutes or £50 for the hour, credited against your fees if you instruct us. Monday to Thursday, 2–5pm.
