Muhammad Ali is a UK immigration adviser with over ten years of specialist experience advising individuals, families and businesses across a broad range of immigration matters.

His practice covers family and private life applications, partner and child routes, Skilled Worker and other work routes, Student applications, settlement and naturalisation, and human rights applications — including cases argued outside the Immigration Rules on the basis of exceptional or compelling circumstances.

He also advises businesses on sponsorship: Sponsor Licence applications, employer duties, and the systems and record-keeping needed to maintain a licence. On the contentious side, he handles Administrative Reviews and appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber).

Muhammad's approach is direct and practical — clients are told where they stand from the outset, and advice is built around what a route actually requires rather than what would be easiest to hear.

Ahmad Masoud Seraj is a UK immigration adviser whose practice centres on asylum, protection and human rights matters, working with clients through some of the most difficult circumstances the immigration system deals with.

His work includes asylum claims, human rights and protection-based applications, preparation for Home Office interviews, and the gathering and presentation of supporting evidence, together with challenges to unfavourable decisions.

He takes particular care with vulnerable clients and those who have experienced trauma, and aims to give advice that is realistic as well as compassionate — every case prepared thoroughly and argued in line with the applicable Rules and legal framework.
